:: Supply Chain Design ::

Objective: To learn and understand a simple and logical lean design for Supply chain planning, management and replenishment, as pertaining to the information flow required. Attendees will discover that existing MRP/ERP investments may very well be suited for Lean, but not configured for Lean.

Lean Information Flow leaders and managers need to understand the critical building blocks required, and how easy the information flow for supply chains can become. We will focus on those few critical elements of Lean information flow, and not the trivial many.

Agenda:

b. What is Lean Information Flow
c. What do I do next
d. Managing MRP/ERP for Lean
e. Other concerns, problems, issues

2. The primary building blocks & elements of Lean Roadmap Information flow

d. ATC, available to Capacity, scheduling to capacity and not material availability with high 90% on time delivery to the customer want date (this logic is new to America, and is spreading like wildfire)
