This Screen is the heart of the S&OP Manager, with specific functions of;

• Development of the forecast using history, determining cell manning requirements, the financial plan, and the capacity input to the Available to Capacity (ATC) software,
• Determining the best grouping of equipment to establish cells— this is done one time, or at least infrequently, and is not covered in this instruction—e-mail hthomeslalleanroadmaD. com

Import / Export / Edit Data—No Routings
When no routings are being imparted, the import functions are changed as shown in the following diagram.

Import

There are five text file export files from your MRP data base that need to be created.

• Routings—all routings on the database
• Planning Family Bills of Material
• Static part data
• Part sales/usage
• Booked orders

The 5 test exports from your legacy system must be placed as files in the Kanhan Manager folder on your computer

S&OP Manager Import Routings

The routing file by work center within each cell determines the total weighted average cycle time hours by family, and the constraint cycle time for the cell.

Import Families

This is the planning bill of material file, and groups sales planning products into planning families.
