These four modules are designed specifically
to convert your MRP/ERP information flow process to JIT Lean.
A properly designed value stream must be designed and operated
with both the material and information
flows working in harmony. MRP/ERP databases and configurations
are generally organized to facilitate batch/push manufacturing,
either in how they are configured, or because they lack the
JIT Lean process required for cellular flow manufacturing. When
businesses convert from batch/push/functional flow to JIT cellular
